Opening Plenary

Opening sessions include daily presentations by halau hula (schools of Hawaiian dance) presenting oli (chants) and hula (dances) in honor of our Hawai’ian gods, chiefs and lands. Keynote speakers and cultural performances from participating countries will also be part of the opening plenary.
